Natural environment

Dozens of walking tracks and trails, suitable for all ages and abilities, are spread out across the Kingborough region.

Many are suitable for prams, bikes and walking dogs (on leads), including through the Peter Murrell Reserves located immediately southeast of the subdivision, while some are even suitable for horse riding.

More adventurous and experienced bushwalkers will enjoy the walks around the nearby hills, such as the Alum Cliffs and Coningham Clifftop tracks, or the more challenging tracks through the foothills of Kunanyi/Mt Wellington, such as walks to Cathedral Rock and Wellington Falls.

Fancy a dip on a hot day? Whether you're looking to chase waves, relax in the sun or just enjoy walking along scenic coastlines, Kingborough’s range of beaches offer something for every beach lover.
